Every good journey begins with understanding where it starts.

We can call this part of this journey - The desert...

The Desert is where we all begin. It is the part of our life where we live mostly from a place of reaction to what is. In the desert, we are on autopilot, rarely present, and are really just reacting to what life throws at us (and for some that can be a lot).

Here, we unconsciously hustle for belonging, question our value, and allow others to determine our worth. We walk through life with a sense of restlessness and dissatisfaction - but then again, so is everyone else. We havenโ€™t yet realized that life is begging us to wake up, take a look around, and start choosing for ourselves what this life could be.

At some point, if we are โ€œluckyโ€ enough, something final makes us stop and pause. And this pause is often followed by a thought something akin to , โ€œI donโ€™t think life is supposed to be this hard.โ€. We take a long hard look around and decide things are going to change.

And nothing has ever been the same since.

...because you have begun to change.

This next part we can call - The Road...

In the beginning we might not know it, but The Road is the journey we take that changes the trajectory of our life. Depending on where we started, it can be a long and hard journey of healing and self discovery - often through trial and error. For a time, we feel weโ€™re going in the right direction, but at some point, it begins to feel like two steps forward, one step back.

This is because, on the road, we are still responding to external circumstances, searching for answers outside ourselves. The road gives us glimpses of progress, but also uncertainty, as life nudges us to dig deeper. Over time, it becomes clear: the clarity and direction weโ€™ve been chasing have never been โ€œout there.โ€ Slowly, we begin to see that the answers have been within us all along, waiting to guide us home.

The road doesnโ€™t take us somewhere new. It brings us back home, to ourselves.

Our sense of self and who we are in the world changes when we know ourselves deeply

This is your True North...

Unlike a real compass that points outward, your True North leads you inward. It connects you to your inner wisdom and reveals the path that feels deeply aligned with your authentic self. This is where you begin to see that the most important part of your journey... is you.

Finding your True North is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. Itโ€™s about uncovering what has always been within you. With this inner clarity, you can trust yourself to move through life with intention and purpose, creating and living from a place that feels true to who you are.

So, where does the journey go from here.

The Mountainโ€ฆ

The mountain is where we fully own our life and choices, moving forward with a self-trust that wasnโ€™t possible in the desert.

This figurative mountain is where we deepen that trust by leading ourself from the inside out. While this part of the journey feels the hardest at the start because we are climbing uncharted territory in our lives, this soon changes as our perspective changes along with our capacity to hold and do bold and brave things.

What we learn on the mountain is how to lead and direct our lives from the momentum of our choices, rather than from the outcomes of our reactions.

We move and the world responds, rather than how itโ€™s always been where the world moves and all we feel we can do is react.

"It's not a coach's role to impart wisdom, but to facilitate the client's own process of connecting to their inner wisdom, and making choices about their next actions and next steps from that place of connection"

- Kate Bathras

This is what I want for you.

Hi! I'm Tracie, and I'll be your "guide"...

No matter where you are - navigating the desert, finding your way on the road, or standing at the base of your own mountain - youโ€™re not lost. Youโ€™re arriving.

I know this journey well. I spent years taking the long way home before realizing that clarity, trust, and self-leadership donโ€™t come from outside of us - they come from within. When you align with your inner compass, the map reveals itself.

I guide women who are ready to trust themselves, make decisions that feel deeply right, and step into a life they love - not someday, but today. My work isnโ€™t about giving you answers. Itโ€™s about helping you hear the ones you already hold and move forward with confidence, clarity, and joy.

This is your journey. You already know the way. I'll help reflect back your own knowing as you walk it.

This journey requires great self-love and self-leadership.

Your summit....

The summit is where you have a bird's eye view and level of clarity in your life that you can live from a place of confidence, creativity, and purpose. And the only way to reach your summit is with great self-love and self-leadership. Getting to the summit doesn't happen by chance or by accident. You have to really want it and give it more than you think you've got. (Which, like I said, turns out to be one of the best parts of this journey!)

Getting to the summit requires facing your fears, befriending your mind, and accepting and caring for ALL the parts of yourself along the way.

This is not only the journey of your lifetime, it's the one that sets you free.
